GOAL ACHEIVER

Setting goals helps provide direction and record key milestones along the way. Goals also provides the opportunity to interact with business stakeholders to understand their vision and the expectations to strive for. This is important because it provides me with the leadership to provide the measurement of success to meet the goals of the business.

VISIONARY

My vision doesn't just start at the beginning of creating a design. It continues on to how it is going to be developed and scale. Being a visionary is from start to endless ways to scale to meet the shifts of technology and the changes of people's needs. It is an on going process to setting the right practices in places to be ready at any time to make the necessary updates for continous growth.

BARRIER BREAKERS

Areas that seem impossible to implement, they are only barriers that can be broken. A key feature that I implement in breaking barriers; creating an accessibility minded experience. That mindset helps to keep functionalities simple for people and powerful to accomodates the needs of many. Accessibility keeps a structured process making the design and engineerying process much more efficient to implement.

CREATIVE

Creativity has limitless possibilities. Because of the possibilities, it provides the space to go beyond the normal. All ideas are embraced, allowing the mind to go as far as possible. You have the right to be creative. The amazing applications that we use today come from people who were creative and crazy enough to make something happen.

STRATEGIC

Being strategic makes the difference when creating a product. The strategy also comes with being able to make quick adjustment when it comes to risk management. I wish all project align perfectly, but most of the time is always unforseen things that happen. Having a strategic approach will keep the project moving and meeting key deadlines. The entire goal is to plan for the future.

TEAM FOCUSED

There is achievement through teamwork. Ideas and creativity from different aspects foster and come together as one. Teamwork provides opportunities for everyone to have a voice, be open and express themselves. It also promotes unity, understanding, respect, and trust. Some of my greatest functionalities came from others view and perspective.

PASSIONATE

There is nothing more exciting than doing what you love or have a passion for. I am very passionate about what I do and continue to find ways to perfect it. My only restriction is me. Design is more than creating apps and graphics. It is what people are drawn to. People are drawn to what attracts that that is have a great design. After they are drawn then the design has to work using features and funcationality.

PROJECT FLOW

DISCOVERY

Discovery helps to get to know one another work together on ideation of the product. Research is performed to gather information to identify pain points, metrics, analysis, etc. Requirements along with expectations are discussed to create sprint planing objectives. Also, user stories and customer journey maps are created to provide visual data to utilize to create designs that fit the data.

DESIGNING

Here we are at the product designing phase. I began to create designs to get show and get a feel for how the product will behave and function. Prototypes are creating to give key stakeholders to interact, test and get a feel for the product. Reviews are giving for updates, changes and approvals.

ENGINEERING

Once the design is complete, a handoff will be given for coding. Your vision is becoming a reality; something you can feel and touch. The latest technologies and languages are used to provide the best quality, performance, and experience for the lifecycle of the product.

TESTING & REVIEWING

Through the development phase, testing will be performed for bugs, compatibility, inconsistencies, and functionalities. All requirements and approvals will be looked over for sign off completion.

DELIVERY

The product is complete and ready for the world to see. We check to make sure everything is signed off and discuss a delivery process.

Engineering is where all the coding happens. The designs become tangible where people interact within the app. Engineering also allows me to further provide a solid proof app ensuring that the app performs and scales to the expectatations of stakeholders.

My photograpy consist of bringing of the colors and details within a pictures. They tell a story to bring you in and feel as if you are there. When these areas stand out, viewers began to notice smalls that further gives the depth of the experience.
